Connecting to Nissan Almera Tino?

Hey there,
I'm getting a RP for Christmas and I am very interested in making some kind of carputer.
My car, a Nissan Almera Tino, has a built in screen. I was wondering how I could connect it up to the screen easily and relatively risk free?
