Re: Home automation control?

Sun Jan 15, 2012 12:07 am

After seeing the gertboard in action with a motor, makes me think I could use this as a simple home automation controller. I could hook up some relays and limit switches (as needed) to control some basic functions around the house from my phone.

Wouldnt mind being able to pull up, turn the lights on, turn on the tv or a radio, etc...

I've never even bothered pricing out one, but I think this could be a cheap way to do it.

thoughts?
