need app for a pi car (im a beginner)

DISCLAMPER
- I use raspberry pi
-im noob at programing I can do a little in python
im am look for a andriod app kinda like mydevises cayenne but i need it to controll a car i need to controll a stepper motor and relay and show a stream from a camera if you give me a app that i need to code a bunch its probly not going to work for me i would like a app were a slid stuf on to screen and i choose what pin or what it wants to do
- iv tried cayenne to slow update time
-blynk wont work with stepper motor
