Nintendo Game & Watch PI Case

Sat Sep 29, 2012 5:41 pm

Well i was looking for a case to house my Raspberry/Poison (im using it as a dropbox pentest tool) PI and wanted to make something my self. I was thinking along the lines of a large phone (On charge) or a hand held games system again posed as on charge. Then i came up with the idea of fitting it inside am old Game&Watch i had. The dimensions are almost perfect for modding, Apart from an over cut, i tried to fit it the other way round first then released it would be better upside down in the case.

I know some of the cuts are rough but i did this all with a swiss army knife ^_^ with a Dremel it could be a nice job.

Would also make a nice retro case for running some old nes games :)

That's very cool.

Yeah not having the right tools sucks, I was using a drill and attempting to drill everything out myself. Still this turned out awesome, nice job!

Sacrilege! Vandalism! I cannot condone this.
note: I may or may not know what I'm talking about...

Looks great,

I had some similar comments when I put a dvd player inside a nes case.

I dint have my dremel onsite when I made my pi case. I used a craft knife. I found that heating it over the cooker and then cuttin/melting a little smaller than needed then using a sharp unburnt knife to shave/wittle it to size.
