Card Deck case for the Pi

Tue Aug 21, 2012 5:26 pm

I made this case today for my Raspberry Pi and I have to say that it turned out better than I expected. It's a shame I made a couple of scratches on the screen, but it was quite hard to make the "U-cut" with the tools I had. I will make one without scratches later now that I know how I can do it. I haven't seen anyone else made similar, so I thought I'd post it here.
I haven't made a "hole" for the audio (to the cardboard), because I get the audio through HDMI at the moment. I will make it when I need it :)

- Royal card deck (without cards of course) [costs like 3€ here with the cards]
- Small hacksaw
- Nail file

Love it, took a pic of my pi sitting on a pack of Star Wars cards for size reference and thought that would make a proper geek case.
