Planning on buying one of these for my grandparents, however they only ever use Internet, offfice, usb printer and ethernet.

Is there any tiny linuxs which run just this nothing else that has simple interface like icons on the desktop?

Windows man you see!

Do not be selfish! Voice your opinion helps everyone not just the person asking!

Any will do, just tweak the interface. Debian + lxde will do, so will PuppyLinux which seems to te being ported, but might take longer to get there.
