Yay! A sound card for RPi! I hope this will bring more momentum to I2S driver development :)

Nice! My Mikro-506 is gathering dust, can't find time to hook it up :( Any idea about the RRP?

If you do not need the input and output, there is an I2S DAC available soon here:

The more the merrier.
As we start to see more commercial standardised products then producers and users will (hopefully) invest more in development of (more or less) universal drivers that would be included in the standard RPi kernel. Without it we have problems I outlined in https://github.com/koalo/linux/issues/25.
I think these RPi-oriented boards should be included in bcm2708 platform and official kernel config once I2S driver is improved for better compatibility.

Anyone got the Wolfson card yet? They have patches for the drivers online.
