I know it's niche, but I managed to get sonic-visualiser working on the Pi. This surprised me a lot as this is one complex package!

Obviously with no working Jackd support you can't playback or record yet, but you can analyse the heck out of your audio files!
Not a trivial build *at all* so I am looking into the requirements for offering a binary download, or I could post instructions on building if anyone is interested.
