In particular the pi change video stream parameters based on the quality of the connection, the system now it's pretty stable and efficient but every time that that pi change the video parameters i have 3-4 of seconds of blackout because it kill the video feed and launch another one with the new parameters.
It's possible to change video parameters in gstreamer without interrupt the stream? Google search on this argument show me the "gstreamer dynamic pipeline" ..but they are a little bit too match for my knowledge ..do you have any other solutions??
