Raspberry bluetooth+usb stereo auto

Dear all, I would like to use a raspberry pi 3, or other model, to have the possibility to connect via Bluetooth the smartphone with Spotify, or use usb drive for music.
Currently I have RPi3 but I would like to make something compact even with other boards but I do not know if they have bluetooth.
I would take the power from the cigars fire ignite, or powerbank. the only problem is connecting the audio output of the RPi to the car, how do I connect it and where? I have no AUX output in my stereo.
I could connect it behind the stereo but where? Can I take a picture.
