Hi, My project is a Car Head Unit for a Lexus Is300.
I'm fairly sure i've thought of the best solution for my project but i just want to make sure i'm not missing something silly that may frustrate me later and cost me to waste money.
I want the RasPi to run a touch screen and a DAC while being powered cleanly through a filtered USB connected to a 12v supply from the car.
if anyone can see an issue with this setup, please let me know.
12V constant to Low voltage switch off to 12V usb Charger to UPS to Ras Pi
12V usb Charger to Usb power filter to IQ Audio Raspi DAC.
I'm planning on packaging and selling this solution so i need to make sure it's easy to set up with a little DIY on the customer side.
