Stream on fb1 port (128×128)

Hi,
I would like to ask for the help of a complex project with Pi2 (Raspbian "Wheezy"), I have a 128 freetronic oled display, I use it with fbtft on fb1 port. I want to stream a 128×128 window (from win or Linux, it's not important) full screen to fb1 port, to the little display. Unfortunately I need minimum 25-30fps.
Is it possible? What is the best solution for that?
