@dom, are these HDMI timings supported?

Hi. I'm trying to get 320x240p working on my CRT. I've finally managed to figure out the correct timings but wanted to know if they are supported?

Code: Select all

hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_timings=320 0 9 29 34 240 0 1 3 18 0 0 0 60 0 6162240 1
Question, is the <pixel_freq> total including blanking? I've seen many that seem to be working without i.e 640x480x60?

Anyway, I have these timings set up but no dice?

Someone replied on BYOC forums with this info, could it be the problem?
720x240 is a standard trick to use when you can't get your video chipset's pclock low enough to handle 15KHz CGA modes. 320x240 forces your pixel clock (sometimes called "dot clock") down to 5-6MHz, which some drivers won't allow.
