Recording IP Camera (video+audio) with FFMPEG

Wed Jul 15, 2015 9:11 pm

I'm trying to combine MJPEG and audio from a D-LINK camera using FFMPEG.

Code: Select all

ffmpeg -f mjpeg -i http://user:[email protected]:9094/mjpeg.cgi -channel_layout mono -thread_queue_size 128 -i http://user:[email protected]:9094/audio.cgi -map 0:v -vcodec copy -map 1:a -acodec copy -y outfile.avi
It works, but recording starts about 10 seconds after issuing the command.

Using -use_wallclock_as_timestamps 1 or -probesize 32 -analyzeduration 0 seem to have no effect.

Has anyone found a way of recording video and sound immediatelly after issuing the command?
