Hello,I have one 555 timer and a LS239 IC, can i control 2 servos or motors with it?,please help

Have you got a link to the datasheet for the LS239?

Given that you are in the Raspberry Pi forum why don't you just use the Pi for the servos? You don't need external hardware to provide the control line signals for servos.

I can't help. I know the 555 can provide pulses. I have no idea if a 4 bit decade counter could aggregate those pulses to provide different PWM to two servos or motors.
