The Crystal Ball is a little cloudy this morning, so it took a while to find a reference to the package you are installing...

Presumably this - http://stevenhickson.blogspot.co.uk/201 ... e-and.html

Code: Select all

[email protected] ~ $ git clone git://github.com/StevenHickson/PiAUISuite.git
Cloning into 'PiAUISuite'...
remote: Reusing existing pack: 680, done.
remote: Counting objects: 5, done.

remote: Total 685 (delta 0), reused 0 (delta 0)
Receiving objects: 100% (685/685), 3.78 MiB | 694 KiB/s, done.
Resolving deltas: 100% (375/375), done.
[email protected] ~ $ cd PiAUISuite/Install/
[email protected] ~/PiAUISuite/Install $ ./InstallAUISuite.sh

Maybe there is a clue in that last line...

Does your installation succeed as shown in the author's video?

When I tried, voicecommand was installed into /usr/bin -

Code: Select all

[email protected] ~ $ which voicecommand
/usr/bin/voicecommand
[email protected] ~ $ file /usr/bin/voicecommand
/usr/bin/voicecommand: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, ARM, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.26, BuildID[sha1]=0x6215c9f624fe1e3e37b8abb173b7e4c35046aceb, not stripped
[email protected] ~ $
The above examples are using the Jan 2014 release of the Raspbian OS - you don't mention what Operating System is running on your RPi.

Yes correctly as in video.

If you have that executable in /usr/bin I have no idea why it would not run when you enter it at the command line. (Unless you have modified your path environment variable.) I suggest you ask the author.
