i needed a device to monitor the power consumption in my office.
It is simple, but it works.

Nice work. I keep thinking about moving my own rrdtool based electricity monitor to a pi. Now I've seen that rrdtool is OK on there, I've lost all excuses not to get it done.

Do these low-price meters give a true power value for non-sinusoidal or out-of-phase current?

Hi is it possible with dc ?
I really need some cheap tool to mesure 0-150v and 0-30amps in DC.
Precise a least 0.5A, more is better.

I need to control a relay board depending on power mesurement.

Thanks a lot!
