wildlife camera

Sat May 09, 2015 2:32 pm

Hi guys i have finnished a project i have been working on for my 'systems and control A-level', for which i have made a wildlife camera. I used the nior camera as it will be need at night as well as in the day. I have used 18 infrared LED's for in the dark. The LED's are 940nm wavelength so they wont disturb any animals. I used a PIR as the motion sensor and i also used a Dallsd digital temperature sensor to record the temperature. I just need some feedback on my project to finnish my course work, so i would like to here what you think, here is my facebook page so you can view pictures of it:

Thank you.

Looks good. Might I ask where you got the case from? My own attempt, built from bits of plywood from behind the shed, is less attractive...

Have you thought of using a circular stream (http://picamera.readthedocs.org/en/late ... lar-stream) to catch video, not just still images?
