Is there any possibility to get a TS3 Server to run on the RaspberryPI?
I'm hosting a small TS3 Server for gaming with buddies at my home, and for power-saving reasons i'd like to move it to the Raspberry. I know there is Mumble, and it works fine with the Raspberry. But, as simple as gamers are, they don't like to switch to another client software, since Teamspeak is kind of a standard.
Several TS forum post say there's no public code that could be compiled, and a Server for the ARM Platform is not on their roadmap.
So i wonder if there's any possibility to get a TS3 server to work on there, so i don't have to make my friend's friends use mumble. I propably will do that anyways, if electricity gets too expensive and there is no possibility.

No. This is the number 1 thing I would want to do as well but it is all up to Teamspeak and they don't seem interested.

Ditto the above; they are not really interested because it isn't in their best interests at the moment.
Converting a group of users from Teamspeak (or Ventrilo) to Mumble wasn't too difficult for me; explaining that Mumble has better voice quality and much quicker delivery times for the message (at times TS can take several seconds for the audio to come through). Good luck with persuading them

so has anyone tried running a music bot off a pi? I'm a bit of a linux noob but I'm thinking of trying this out for a bit of a giggle.
