Thanks. Sound like a good project. What happens when someone replies to an SMS? How is it routed back to the sender?

If I understand correctly your website uses a SIM with unlimited SMS messages?

Unfortunately I suspect whatever network you're using has something in their TOS / fair usage policies which will mean this isn't allowed :( (generally they say the sim cannot be used as a gateway).

Just thought I'd let you know before you get told by the network :(

currently working on this.

have plans to post the message to url or email or just show in history working that all out at the moment the main thing was out going.

it is ran on a sim with unlimited sms but it's not an real issue unless they start banning the imei on each network.

plus looking at a way to balance the load so after set amount it uses a different sim :)

have a back up server sending sms if mine fails or is off also :)

and can offer proper sms with sender id also it's all on the todo list

I've registered, downloaded python script, added the hash key and sent 2 test messages to myself. So far nothing have been received.

Attempt to send SMS ...
SMS sent!

When I used the demo on your site last night, I did receive the test message.

Thanks.

I hope you're not storing phone numbers, because you will get reported to OFCOM if your system spams folk who've tested or used your service.

I see you've got a twitter id and an email (buried in your Ts & Cs), but what about mailing address and landline phone number?

Is this anything to do with Text Marketer Ltd or is it just coincidence that you seem to have their terms of service with their name removed but their typos left in ?

yeah was copied and pasted T&C's im tempted to remove them and put the information i post up on there instead.

Need to complete email server set up also.

I do store numbers and messages to ensure no abuse is happening.

I will be implementing it so that every month any records older than 1 month are removed.

I also keep passwords in a salted hash to ensure security.

all database connections are PDO statements to ensure there is no opportunity for a SQLI hack.

I have ABSOLUTE no plans to sell details on etc no one wants them crappy PPI texts.

any questions relating to the service please ask as you can see i am happy to answer anything i need to
