What is the root cause some wireless routers are connected but others are not?

Hello, I have a question about wifi connection of Raspberry PI 3B.

In some cases, the wifi is well connected to the router, but in some cases it is not connected at all.
Depending on the wireless router, it may or may not connect.

I wonder what is the root cause whether the wireless router can be wifi connected or not in the same Raspberry PI.
(The mobile phone and the computer are well connected. PI3 is only some router and some routers are not.)

Welcome to the Raspberry Pi forums.

It is not possible to define a single root cause based on the limited information you have provided.

Some variables include:

2.4 / 5 GHz WiFi technology

Encryption/authentication policy in the AP

Signal strength - distance from AP

Filtering enforced by the AP operator

Support implemented by the unspecified Operating System running n the RPi.
