I want to setup the Pi like a commercial set top box (e.g. Roku) so that when it first boots up, I can connect to it (using a phone or tablet) as an access point so I can then select the appropriate router from a list of SSIDs then enter the Wi-Fi password and (on submitting the form), have it test and make the connection. If the Pi is rebooted, it should automatically try to restore the connection once it restarts - but there needs to be a simple way of resetting it to the setup defaults (e.g. in case the router is replaced and the SSID is no longer available).
I’ve seen this: https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... s-point.md but I’d sure appreciate some guidance on the rest of it.
