Dear All,
I'm trying to make a really easy and strong "PARENTAL CONTROL" Access Point with Raspbian stretch LITE on Raspberry Pi 3.
I would like that ALL the PC/Tablets that are connected to the Raspberry WiFI's has completely BLOCKED the Internet, and can access only to few website I will set!

My Modem LAN: 192.168.55.* For me is not important if the Raspberry has to make a NEW IP range (example 192.168.3.*)! or if is setted as pure "access point", bridge, route... Is not important to me to share my MODEM LAN IP with these devices!

Does exist a way to do this (with IPTABLES????)

Yes, its possible to it with iptables:

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 80 -j DROP

will drop all traffic (Ive not tested out the above command)

Above that add the sites that you would like to allow.

So, schematically,
Allow ip1
Allow ip2
Allow ip3
Drop the rest
