Configure pi to only connect to one network

Fri Aug 17, 2018 1:33 pm

Would it be possible to force the rasperry pi zero W to only connect to one network? We're having a problem right now with the connection because it connects to an open wifi within our area that we don't have internet access to. We've set in the WPA supplicant the configuration of only our network however it still keeps on trying to connect to the open network instead.

Try adding this network block to /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf

Code: Select all

network={
	ssid="ssidtobeignored"
	disabled=1
}
This may or may not work...
