WIFI not loading

Wed Jul 21, 2021 9:58 pm

I am trying to connect my Raspberry Pi 4 to the internet. I have it connected to the wall Ethernet cable that works when I use it with my normal computer. I have selected my phone's hot spot as the wifi which is reliable when I use it on other devices.
When I search something on Google, the page loads and gives me the Google search results. However, once i click on one of the links the page is unable to load.

What could be the problem?

Thank you so much for any guidance!!!<3

On Raspios Ethernet has priority over wireless by default.
If there is a default route configured on the Ethernet interface, internet access will go through Ethernet.

To swap priorities you can add to the end of file dhcpcd.conf:

Code: Select all

interface wlan0
metric 100
Then reboot and try again.
