Building a car hifi with xbmc and an raspberry pi b+

Hy,

I would like to build my own car radio with an raspberry pi b+ powered with Raspbmc.
I have only one problem. I need to have an hands-free car kit and i would love to do that over my pi, but i have no idea how.

Anyone of you have an idea how to do that?
