Hello RPI community.
I am looking for a simple solution for streaming video to my raspberry Pi running openELEC. I know there are a lot of options to stream and transcode files but I don't know which one is the better option between simplicity and reliability.
Right now I am using PS3MS to stream video and most of them work but some of them will not work and they could even freeze the RPI.
I am using the PS3MS because I found it to be much more easy to set up.
Does anyone have a setup that is already working and would like to share or recommend?

Re: Simple setup for streaming to XBMC
I ditched PMS along time ago for Serviio, free, multi platform, on fly transcoding if needed, online streams and updated. It works very well. OpenELEC on RPi is in development and is still flaky so don't expect a perfect end user experience. While Serviio works very well all my devices, OpenELEC does freeze on RPi, its not the servers fault.

Thank you for the recommendation, I will give it a try and see how it performs.

I couldn't get Serviio to transcode from mpeg2 to mpeg4?
Is there a way?
