Easy way to Stream internet music on Raspberry pi?

Hi all, I have a Raspberry Pi Model B and would like to stream either Pandora or Spotify on it and eventually turn it into a sort of headless streaming jukebox. So far I have tried installing pianobar but no matter what I try I can't make it work. Is there any alternatives that I can try for pandora? If not pandora, I would also like to stream spotify. Is there a fairly easy way to stream spotify WITHOUT a premium account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
BluRazPi

So I tried the mopidy website and their installation guide but it doesn't work plus they have no information on what to do when a command fails. I have already been to the other sites to no avail. Is there any other way to run pandora on a raspberry pi that doesn't go through the terminal? Same thing with the spotify situation? All I want to do is run either of these on my raspberry pi and one would think wouldn't be so complicated! Is there any way to get a browser that will run flash player?

Thank you for any help,
