I've just tried r11212 and it's crashing when I stop a video playing (pressing "m" and clicking on the stop button). Each time it's refused to boot up afterwards. On the plus side it's seeing my external hard drive which an earlier build didn't.

I had the same issue as Nodge on 11203 when using TV Catchup addon. I have reverted to 11198 where, fingers crossed, it has not recurred. On reboot card for 11203 displays OpenElec Banner. That is as far as it gets.

Whats the difference between the 2GB or 4GB version? I use a 16gb micro sd card.

Edit: Downloaded the 4gb version. But my pi wont boot. (16gb sd card)

Nothing, just the storage partition is smaller, you can make it bigger yourself.

dammit, i wasn just building my own as well in the hope Audio Passthrough was fixed but its still broken. Really important feature for me =(

I also tried Raspmbc RC last night, its quick but buggy as hell and again no Audio Passthrough.

I think some time when the audio engine was update they broke it, we dont see the Audio Output Passthrough option anymore either.

sure no problem, there was an update added to the git overnight so im rebuilding to the most current build, shouldnt be more than an hour ill post a 4gb img here.

as for audio pass through issues here's my message to the DEVS:

as of r11170 audio pass through was working FANTASTICALLY! almost every build after May 30th has trashed audio pass through. If it is enabled (ie DTS/AC3 capable receiver enabled) then it hands out PCM 2.0 stereo to the receiver and BUFFERS A LOT(most likely because its trying to decode on the raspi rather than the receiver). If you Disable DTS/AC3 capable receiver it still hands out PCM 2.0 stereo to the receiver but doesnt buffer nearly as much and makes viewing acceptable. If you need any help testing things please feel free to pm me. I try to idle in #openelec on irc as much as possible so you can reach me there too. Lets get this solved because the new builds have such speedy GUIs!

I would also like to help with the Audio Passthrough, I have a HDMI 7.1 DD/DTS AV Receiver to test with.

is anyone else having issues importing pre-existing libraries onto any of the r11193 or above builds? I select the file and nothing happens, been that way for a while now.

The r11225 image works with my wireless card (RTL8912U) but the network info sheet doesn't show any IP information, it does connect to interet and sets the time and everything, but I can't see what IP it has.
