How can Xbian or Raspbmc or any other connect to my wireless router? These two distributions don't seem to work with a USB wireless adapter out-of-the-box, while Raspbian and Fedora remix supports. The ethernet port on the pi is missing.

Yes it is physically not there, I can only connect with USB wireless adapters.

Are you sure you don't have a Model A?
Model A has 256MB RAM, one USB port and no Ethernet (network connection). Model B has 512MB RAM, 2 USB port and an Ethernet port.

It seems I do have a model A.
I am joking, I don't live in the EU. I found you can actually connect to wireless through the Program section instead of Settings. I was trying to connect in Settings that's why I thought Raspbmc do not support wireless.
