xbmc + torrent + couchpotato + sickbeard

Hello,

Is it possible to have XBMC, torrent download, couchpotato and sickbeard all in one RPI?

Would it run smooth? Would there be a possibility to pause/stop 'leech' mode when interacting or watching a movie?

If it's possible, someone knows the setup and places to start looking? tks

I don't know if this helps but I installed them using fusion select add more then type
http://fusion.xbmchub.com install
then access them through install from zip just click fusion there all listed there open world that has a lot of regional stuff in it inc
tvcatchup for uk works well
