OpenELEC, LibreELEC, OSMC and Linux

Do OpenELEC, LibreELEC and OSMC run under Raspian, or do they contain their own OS? Since these programs install as images, does that mean that NOOBS and Raspian are completely out of the picture? Is Linux still in there somehow?

OpenElec (retired) / LibreElec use a minimal custom Linux OS as it's base and runs Kodi as it's GUI.

OSMC uses Debian ARMHF as it's base OS and runs Kodi as it's GUI.

NoobS is not an operating system par-se it is a chooser / installer.

Raspbian is a fork of Debian ARMHF

Kodi Multimedia Software can be installed in Raspbian from its repositories...

LibreELEC and OSMC are both installable by NOOBS & PINN.
PINN will also install an old (retired) version of OpenELEC.
