How long does it normally take to get into the repositories.

With the release of Kodi 18.0 Leia Stable, how long will it be before it is in the repository for Raspbian Stretch?

In the Raspbian Stretch repo: normally a version update will not be added to the repo (following Debian policy)
Current Kodi 17.6 is actually in the RPF repo. Normally it takes as long as it takes to get an update in that repo...

Not from the Raspbian Stretch repos, which is what OP was asking for

Code: Select all

[email protected]:~$ apt policy kodi
kodi:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 2:17.6-3~stretch
  Version table:
     2:17.6-3~stretch 500
        500 http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian stretch/main armhf Packages
     2:17.1+dfsg1-3 500
        500 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian stretch/main armhf Packages
