Raspbmx XBMC and PlexXBMC problems

I have a fairly beefy Linux server running Plex media server.
This has a number of identical format videos in a directory. ( Star Trek, sad I know ).

I have a Windows 7 laptop with XBMC and PlexXBMC configured.
This plays all the videos from Plex without problem.

I originally loaded Raspbmc onto an old class 4 SD I had.
Installed XMBC and PlexXBMC
It would play some of the videos.
And some it tried to play but failed.

At this point I think I might have made a small change to the network !!!!!

So I used a class 10 SD card installed XBMC/PlexXBMC and tried again
This wouldn't play any of the videos.

Swapped back to the class 4 SD that used to partially work.
But now it would play none of the videos.

I need to investigate logs etc when I get some spare time.
Possibly network issues.

Anyone had similar problems or even tried using XBMC/PlexXBMC

No body using ,,
raspxbmc , Plexbmc and Plex

Did a bit more investigation.

Some vids play some don't , all the same format.
I suspect it's not that it won't play them, more accessing in the correct manner.
There are errors to the effect that it can't access some http urls.

Will investigate more, perhaps renaming some files.

Another RaspBMC & Plex user here. Everything was working fine for me until this morning. Now everytime I try to start Plex up on my Pi, the thing hangs on the xbmc background screen with no text & no response to remote control inputs. Bloody annoying but at least Plex still works on my ios devices, so I can use Airplay.
