raspberry pi model b as NAS

i am planning buy model b.
through usb hub i connect few usb harddisk, through lan i connect raspberry to home network.
what speed will be when i will copy files from usb hdd through lan into some computer in home network?

Not more than 30-40MB per second with a Gigabit-LAN-USB-Adapter due to the limitations of the USB port. About 10-20MB per second is somehow realistic i think.

i need just real 10 MB/s. if it is real, so ok.
but if on one usb is ethernet adapter and hdd, then speed of one usb must be split between harddisks and ethernet. so 15MB/s for hdd and 15MB/s for ethernet (when 30MB/s is real speed of usb 2.0).
true of false?
have you rapsberry pi or you just think this?
