I use htop, over SSH, and it shows 40% on my latest build. I discounted the issues with dirty regions etc by switching the settings and seeing no difference at all (apart from corrupted screen). I think that a part of the cpu is busy rendering the meter and that's why it's ~80%. However I remember maybe incorrectly that older versions of xbmc showed lower values about 30%
