IS this too much for my Pi to Handle?

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some advice/some pointers.

I've got the week off work and i'm looking to make better use of my first generation RPi (256mb). I have a second generation RPi which is currently running OSMC, powered off my TV.

The first pi is always powered on is currently runs SABNZBD to download from Newsgroups, unpack and repair.
However what I would like to add it 3 further bits of functionality,
- Private VPN using OpenVPN.
- UPNP Server for the external HD that it is plugged into.
- Airplay capability so I can move it to another room.
