bluez-1.10 arm-linux-gnueabihf-g++" fails sanity check

Hi,
Got the tool-chain from

sudo git clone git://github.com/raspberrypi/tools.git
and put it in $TCHAIN
I am trying to build bluez-5.10 from https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/blueto ... .10.tar.xz
I am running ./configure as :

             --host=gcc-linaro-arm-linux-gnueabihf-raspbian \
             --libdir=$CC_TCHAIN/arm-bcm2708/gcc-linaro-arm-linux-gnueabihf-raspbian/lib \
             --includedir=$CC_TCHAIN/arm-bcm2708/gcc-linaro-arm-linux-gnueabihf-raspbian/include
