Share GPIO between multiple programs triggers interrupt

Hello All,

I'm running a few scripts on the RPI, but suddenly I got an issue.
First script creates an interrupt if the doorbell rings and triggers the wireless telephones to ring.
(We don't hear the doorbell when outside etc.)

Second scripts reads out energy consumption at 21 o'clock, 0 o'clock, and 6 o'clock.

Now... The second script triggers for an unknown reason after a reboot (uptime was almost a year) the first script.
And you don't want your telephone ringing at midnight and 6 o'clock... :cry:
In the past we had sometimes a false trigger, but I always was thinking this is a glitch in the hardware optocoupler circuit with debouncing.

Anyone had similar experiences?
I can't imagine the file handle and memory mapping should influence the first script sometimes and since reboot everytime.
