IDE for C

Is there a built in IDE for C in debian squezze or do I have to install one?

Geany has syntax highlighting, terminal, todo list, function/class browser, etc... basically a more powerful gedit.

If you want a real *IDE* try Code::Blocks or QTCreator etc... but I dont know if they will run fast enough...

if you like kde apps (Qt based), kwrite or kate is good. For gnome (Gtk+ flavor) try gedit. Those are light weight.

There are two different possible scenario here ; let em know if it is helpful for you

1) IDE for Raspberry Pi development on device itself
I have tried many IDEs on device but i found http://www.geany.org is lite-weight and fast.
other IDE s tried Eclipse, code block etc ,
2) IDE for raspberry Pi development on PC
you can use your fav. one mine is Eclipse :)
