Build a boat with remotecontroll from etiher wifi or blue.

Hi!
Me and my friends at school is building a boat with 2 small motors(they are 1-4.5v).
We need a type of controll so we can remote controll it with a android phone.
Im a newbie? Do you guys have any idea?

I suspect this is quite a 'non-trivial' thing to do. You might glean something from here. It's probably easier to have two RPis with a cheap radio transmit and receiver connected to the gpio as serial. You could add a usb gamepad controller for £4.70 (inc postage). You will find lots of info posted by people who have done things like that.

If you're within range of a WiFi router or can power one on-site you could always SSH into the Pi to send commands.
