alsa warnings and error in running speech recolonization code

i was run this bellow code in Thonny Python IDE but eeror is coming please help please i hope you all are helping me how can i solve this error please help.

i have try this below command
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ sudo arecord -D pughw:1,0 test.wav

but it is showing no such file or directory i cannot understand where is the problem please help

Yes, i have tested my microphone and it is working properly with sound recordings.what else should i do to solve this errors????
