Apache2 Python Button

Thu May 30, 2019 5:53 pm

I have set up apache2 and followed the instructions on viewtopic.php?t=155229

In HTML there is the

Code: Select all

<button>
tag which allows you to create a button.

Lets say i have this python script:

Code: Select all

def function1():
	print("Button One Pressed!")

def function2():
	print("Button Two Pressed!")

How would i get 2 buttons on an Apache web server to run these functions?

Note: I am using raspbian lite (no GUI)
Ubuntu users are apt to get this joke

I have a method to to this, but it will not involve integrating apache and python.Standard Apache with php will do.
note:- this is not the most efficient method, but will work

Modify it to suit your needs. If help is required, post here
My website is at https://pratt.ml
Hope it runs (which it wont)

Return to “Python”
