Reading EXT4 on Windows 8

Hi,

Is there a way to read data files from the EXT4 section of an SD card on Windows?

Obviously it is a high risk to write to EXT4 from Windows.

Or a Windows system running Linux in a VM

The Raspberry Pi is a Linux system
(assuming it is running Raspbian or another Linux OS)

I like Ext2Explore (Ext2Read). This is a read-only tool. So, no problem about corruptions.
