how I can setup a delay for audio output?

Mon Feb 17, 2014 8:23 am

Hi all,

Recently I screen mirroring the Raspberry Pi with my smartphone.
There is a delay (about 1 second) between the display of the monitor and the smartphone.
When I play a video, the sound/audio from the speaker dont in phase with the display on the monitor which about 1 second.
My opinion is that the delay only happen to the display but not the audio.

Do anyone know how to delay the time of the audio/sound from the speaker?
I plugged in the speaker to the Raspberry Pi.
Hope you all kindly asnwer or help me with this problem.
Thanks

For video playback you can use mplayer with the audio delay options. Try pressing + or - while you playing video.
