Raspberry Pi 4B overlock experiments

Thu Jul 18, 2019 6:54 pm

Has anyone here tried overclocking the Raspberry Pi 4B? I've got an arm_freq of 2000 and over_voltage of 4 here, which appears to be working fine with fan cooling. I've not really tried pushing it further than this since this seems quite adventurous enough, and I've not tried overclocking the GPU and RAM, since they aren't of as much interest to me at the moment.

what do you have in your config.txt
As I can't get more then
arm_freq=1850
over_voltage=8

Are there any caps in SOC ? Can we somehow switch them off?

I´ve got mine running 2,0 GHz and 600 MHz Gpu:

arm_freq=2000
gpu_freq=600
over_voltage=5

and a fan:
