Raspian Kernel vs Vanilla kernel

Mon Nov 19, 2012 12:51 pm

Are there any patches in the Rasbian Kernel or is it just a pre-compiled and optimized vanilla kernel.

If you wanted to build from GIT a 3.6.7 kernel could you, or do you need special code?

I am only interested in a armhf build.

If it is just armv6hf in 3.6.7 you want, did you notice that Pepedog has made a test version available?

Maybe you might want to ask your question again in that thread which he is more likely to monitor?
