Is there a circuit diagram for the PI Zero?

No.

However, the SoC connections will be similar to the Pi 1A, for which the diagrams are available (original Pi A/B). There will be some differences, such as the improved voltage regulator circuit, which is similar to that on the A/B+ and is available somewhere, just without the power LED and protective diode and fuse. The GPIO connector has the same pinout as all of the 40-pin Pi models.

The other option if you anything specific is to use the X-Ray thay Giles Read produced
