Sat Aug 25, 2012 11:59 am

Hello there,
I know there is a possibility to play audio ob rpi with linux console system (ie. Despotify).
I havent cheched ot working with audio jack though, and i need that too.

The point is: is is there a way to controll playlists etc. On the rpi with your ios or android phone? Like with apps like foobar and winamp remote.

Any help would be aprichiated.

Subsonic can do it, but I haven't had any luck with getting the jukebox mode to work on the Pi. Which is the function you are looking for.

You should try MPD (Music Player Daemon).
