Hello World!

I'm would like to know if it is possible to hook a raspberry pi up to old electronics such as old gaming systems or phones and such.

Basically use old electronics as peripherals for the pi

You'll have two issues. Matching interfaces (some of which can be done with readily available adapters, such as USB to RS-232) and matching voltage levels, some of which can be solved with readily available level shifters (primarily between 3.3v and 5v levels).
